Poor Service, and Customer Relations In August 2005, I picked up my frame because of broken verbal and written promises to deliver a finish frame from Street Dreamz. At that time, I also retrieved the suspension parts because major parts had been lost. I was given a receipt stating that Street Dreamz would replace the parts by Sept. 10, 2005. The delivery date continued to be pushed back. On January 2, 2006 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Case # 38002688). I sent Street Dreamz a list of salvage yards that had the missing parts since they where unable to locate them. In July 2006 I filed a complaint with the District Court of Tulsa (Case # SC-2006-8874). I was granted the judgment against Street Dreamz deeming they repay me for the missing parts. I am still waiting for any response from Street Dreamz as well as payment of the missing parts.
