The mission of the Oklahoma State Board of Dentistry is to promote, protect and ensure the public health and safety of Oklahoma citizens by regulating and enforcing laws, rules and policies. It will be closed to the public on 30 June 2020, but can be extended until 1 July 2019 or until the end of its current term of office.
You must call 405-521-2444 and ask the board for questions or concerns that can be answered either by voice message or e-mail if you are caught. The Board Office does not have access to your username and password and you cannot reset it. You must also contact the board to obtain a password reset, as it does not have access or a reset password.
